Members entry fee $30.00, non-members entry fee is $40.00. This is a flat entry fee for up to three pieces.

Only original drawings, oils, watercolors, acrylics, graphics, photography, mixed media, fiber, digital, and sculpture. Maximum width for 2D work is 30 inches. 3-D work must stand securely without the danger of tipping or falling. All work must have been created within the last five years. Not accepting pieces that have won an award at RP Funding within the calendar year 2023. All work must be original. Work accepted may not contain copyrighted or published images. Framed art must be undamaged and wired securely, with enough slack to hang properly. No crafts, jewelry, or copies of published and copyrighted work or work requiring electricity are accepted.

Work not accepted includes full-frontal nudity, political statements, profanity, or extremist comment. RP Funding Center is a family-oriented facility and reserves the right to request work be removed that it deems objectionable. Please refer to the prospectus for full entry details. Members are guaranteed at least one piece accepted for show. All work accepted is at the discretion of the judge. All work must be original. The Lakeland Art Guild and the RP Funding Center have no responsibility for any damages.

The submission deadline is Wednesday, August 9th, at 1:00 pm.

In-person submissions

2-D work must be wired securely for hanging. 3-D work must stand on its own securely. The prospectus may be completed prior to or at entry.

Pick-up from this show is Tuesday, October 10th, from Noon to 4:30, and Wednesday, October 11th, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

There is no storage for work not picked up.

The Lakeland Art Association will deduct a 30% donation from the work sold.

First place $250.00; 2nd place $150.00, 3rd place 100.00. Two Merit awards at $50.00 each, and two Honorable Mention awards provide a free entry to the next show.
